We collect the account and billing information needed to provide Signal Lab, such as your name, email address, company details, payment and tax information, and the research inputs and files you choose to submit.

We also collect limited technical information required to operate and protect the service, including device, browser, log and security information.

Voopa Corp. uses this information to operate, secure, improve and support Signal Lab; process subscriptions and credits; respond to requests; meet legal obligations; and communicate material service updates.

• Provide your workspace, experiments, reports and account settings.
• Process payments, invoices, tax information and support requests.
• Protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Improve the reliability, security and usefulness of Signal Lab.

Your submitted research inputs, uploaded files and generated reports are private to your Signal Lab workspace. We do not sell them or make them available to other Signal Lab customers.

We use service providers only where necessary to host, process payments, deliver the service, maintain security or comply with law. They are required to handle information only for those purposes.

Signal Lab uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security and service operation. You can control many browser cookies through your browser settings, though core account features may not work without essential cookies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and our legitimate record-keeping obligations. You can also manage your account and billing through Signal Lab where those controls are available.
