These Terms govern your access to Signal Lab, a product of Voopa Corp. By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Signal Lab provides directional research cues based on functional digital-mind comparisons. It is not a measure of real people or populations, a performance forecast, legal advice, medical advice or financial advice.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Do not share access outside the seats included in your workspace or use the service to gain unauthorised access to systems, information or accounts.

You retain rights in the materials you submit to Signal Lab. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit them and that they do not violate law, confidentiality obligations or the rights of others.

You may not use Signal Lab to upload malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, abuse credits, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent generated research cues as verified facts about individuals or groups.

Paid plans, seats and credit purchases are governed by the plan details presented at purchase. Taxes, including applicable VAT or sales tax, may be calculated at checkout. Billing and subscription changes are managed through the available account and billing tools.

Signal Lab is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance or product development. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voopa Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of Signal Lab or reliance on its directional research cues.
